Deadline`s, tasks, calls – everything ASAP – it was my everyday story
When I`m telling about my almost 7 years in marketing agency, most of #emigos won`t believe me But it`s true. During my youth years I trained karate, roller blaiding and ballroom dancing, but after moving to Warsaw, working for biggest brands was my everyday challenge. After work I was visiting fitness classes – to burn stress out. I was working 10 to 14 hours a day. I really loved my work, so it was really easy to forget about myself. I was creating countrywide marketing campaigns, my commercials were on TV – I was totally happy and totally overworked. And than diseases came. Hypothyroidism, allergies, food intolenrances, asthma, spine discopathy – you name it. I was twenty + years old and I was getting more pills every day than most of grannies. Often I was so worn off, I was not able to go and train for months. I felt that without any change it won`t end good for me.
The end of the chapter
I OPENED MY OWN BUSINESS.
I decided to go all or nothing. I gave up working in corpo, I took 101% possible loans and I opened my own fitness club. Not a small, one-room fitness. It was a huge fitness club with full size gym, fitness, pole dance and street workout place. I thought that after that, everything will be as easy as possible. Naturally, it occurred that being a businesswoman is much harder that I`ve expected.
How did i help hundreds of #emigos?
FINALLY, MY WORK BEGUN TO HAVE DEEPER MEANING
I was turned on by my Clients metamorphosis. I was creating training challenges, helping to change everyday habits, educating myself in more and more body-training fields and – thanks to dietotheraphy – I returned to full health myself. After years of learning and practicing I`ve become quite well known personal trainer and dietician – my calendar was full. My business was growing bigger – as well as my team, I had more and more responsibilities – scheme of working 12+ hours a day became actual again. After couple of years I was worn off. I had to do some changes. Again.
I did my homework well. I opened a small, exclusive Personal Training Studio. That gave me time for sleep, mountain hiking, travelling through Asia and my roller blades. I understood that “me” has to be first. I had to make myself comfortable to be able to help others. I created my own perimeters.
I decided to end some toxic relations. I needed time to understand all of that. I did those changes step by step. And I slowly became my own, best friend.

Because being ourselves is the best thing we can have.
